Our Digital Assistant – RAI – is destined to become an Exponential Technology by enabling Cross-Functional teams to make business decisions using Real-Time data at Global Scale. Historically, RM processes could take 5-7 months to achieve acceptable levels. With RAI, we can decrease this to a single month. Our modules support organizations in the CPG, Retail and Lifesciences industries. We believe every industry can use data to respond in real-time to their business challenges. Business Intelligence Analyst

Your mission is to turn data into actionable knowledge. This will require a blend of problem solving, analytical, technical, and communicational skills. Advanced experience of specific technologies is a plus:

  • BI tools
  • Data query
  • ETL
  • Databases
  • Advanced analytics.



  • Understanding business challenges around the Revenue management space like Pricing, Inventory, Marketing Mix ect
  • Finding the right data and methods to address them.
  • Presenting the findings in a clear and informative way.
  • Advising best approaches / recommendations
  • Analytics and Data related knowledge
  • Building Data Dictionary (definitions of all data items contained within the data warehouse)
  • Relationship Diagrams (document the data structure of the systems, their relationships, data hierarchies, and data refresh timeline)
  • Architecture Document (Solutions and technical interfaces, hardware, application, connectivity)
  • Standards (naming conventions, interface guidelines, reporting structure, UI expectations, security/access)

Should be able to (in order of priority):

  • Communicate effectively with different departments and roles (product managers, engineers) to discuss complex data-driven findings and technical matters.
  • Create high-quality self-explanatory data visualizations.
  • Presenting findings to all levels of management
  • Understanding and communicating business requirements
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets with the use of advanced analytics
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
  • Assist in maintaining databases/data systems
  • Filter and “clean” data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
  • You will work with cross-functional team members to identify and prioritize actionable, high-impact insights across a variety of core business areas.
  • Review and validate customer data as it’s collected
  • Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse
  • Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data
  • Implement new data analysis methodologies
  • Review customer files to ensure integrity of data collection and utilization
  • Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies

Requirements  (in order of priority):

  • Aptitude for problem solving
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of at least one of the industries: CPG, Retail, Lifesciences
  • Proven working experience as a Business intelligence analyst
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must have broad knowledge of information technology trends.
  • Can do mentality, pragmatic and result focused, team player.
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
  • You are expert in analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets with a variety of tools. You are accomplished in the use of statistical analysis environments such as R, Python, Java, (Matlab/SAS/SPSS).
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
