In this role, you will be a key evangelist of our customer success team of a nimble group of professionals and lead creative development for global campaign positioning and strategy

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience with Global B2B marketing campaigns (from development of campaign ideas, to planning and execution)
  • Has a proven track record of building world-class campaigns in the IT / Revenue Management industry. We are not only building campaigns, we are creating a passionate follower base for our brand.
  • Develop and manage tools, content, and resources that enable the sales team to be more efficient and effective
  • Craft messaging and positioning that will differentiate our product from the market
  • Has a deep understanding of the social media landscape, and experience in establishing strong and out of the box social media strategies. Campaigns that build, nurture and maintain fan communities and manifest themselves in a unique tone of voice and culturally relevant and conversation-driving creative.
  • Is a cross-functional person, who is able to engage, listen and collaborate with internal departments/teams to align early on in terms of overall strategy and goals, and to see the cross-functional collaboration through launch.
  • Is able to effectively communicate different facets of their campaigns to executives, colleagues or external resources.
  • Has a native understanding of digital with an emphasis on mobile, social, video and display and an ability to tell stories through great ideas regardless of medium.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central marketing person amongst internal teams, with a focus on managing roadmap and being able to socialize, absorb, organize and address cross-functional feedback
  • Act as the main point of contact with external agencies – manage and give feedback to create top-quality materials
  • Have a holistic vision for leading campaigns, but also take care of the tactical day-to-day tasks (briefing, planning, budgeting and managing resources)

The successful candidate possesses:

  • A minimum 4-7 years of experience at a marketing or social department, or creative agency working on campaigns, building communities and developing websites.
  • Experience managing B2B campaigns, while collaborating with diverse, geographically-dispersed teams.
  • Data-driven mindset of marketing, social and media analytics and knows how to apply data to test and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills along with the ability to think strategically and creatively and a reasonable appreciation for the unknown.
